There is no negative count and in case of any positive count, an audio & visual indicator alert the operator for segregation of excess (one count) filled container, an added feature even imported machines of similar working principle are not provided.

This machine needs almost No change parts for various shapes of tablets and similar products. The basic concept of this machine to count and fill odd size and shape of Tablets/ Capsule which are not possible with conventional mechanical disc type counting machines.

The rotating disc of our counting machine has been made out of 316 grade stainless steel and that risk factor of breaking has been totally eliminated. The machines imported from UK / Korea and Taiwan use Glass disc.
